Domande frequenti
Salvare
Ritrovo funziona senza connessione?
Cosa fa «In quest’area»?
Solo quando tocchi «Vicino a me» o «La mia posizione», mai in background.
Raccolte condivise
Account e dati
Come accedo?
Come esporto i miei dati?
Impostazioni → Esporta i miei dati: un file con i tuoi elementi, le raccolte e le categorie.
Come elimino l’account?

Frequently asked questions
Saving
How do I save a link?
In the app where you are looking at it (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, the browser…) tap Share and choose Ritrovo: the link is saved with its title and picture. You can also open Ritrovo and tap “+” to add a link or a note.
What happens if I save the same link twice?
It is not duplicated: Ritrovo recognizes the link already saved and keeps what was there.
Why does an Instagram, Facebook or TikTok post have no text?
These platforms often do not let the post be read. In that case Ritrovo offers to open it and copy its caption: back in Ritrovo you use it with one tap. The AI reads only the text that is there, so it is worth doing before analyzing the link.
How do I find a link I saved?
With the search: it finds words in titles, notes, tags and in the AI card. You can also open a category and filter it by tag, or look for it on the map if it has a place.
Why does Ritrovo offer me the text I copied?
After “Open and copy” it offers the caption you just copied, so you can use it with one tap. If you do not need it tap Ignore: it only offers it after that step.
Does Ritrovo work without a connection?
Yes: what you save stays on the phone and you find it offline too; changes are sent as soon as the connection is back. The AI, translations, sharing collections and their sections need a connection.
Organizing
What is the difference between a category and a collection?
The category says what the link is (a recipe, a place, a video…): it is personal and usually suggested by the AI. The collection says what it is for or with whom (a trip, some gifts): it can be shared and divided into sections. A link has one main category, and can also be in other categories and in several collections.
What are sections?
The parts of a collection, for example Restaurants and Hotels. The owner or whoever can add creates them, from the collection menu → Sections. A link is in one section only; those without a section are in “Other”. To move a link press and hold it in the collection and choose “Move to section”, or open it and tap the section next to the collection name. It needs a connection.
Can I share a category?
Yes, but the category stays yours: press and hold its box on Home (or open it and use the menu) and choose Share. Its links are put in a collection, new or one you already have, and you share that. They are the same links, not copies; links you save later in the category do not join the collection by themselves.
How do I change the order of the categories?
On Home press and hold a category and drag it where you want, or tap the arrows next to “Your categories” and move them one by one; from there you can also restore the alphabetical order. Pressing and holding a category or a collection also gives edit and delete; a collection can be pinned to the top.
How do I archive a link or handle many at once?
Archive takes a link out of the lists without deleting it: from the link’s menu, or by pressing and holding it in a list. You find it on Home → Archived, where you restore it. Pressing and holding a link lets you select others with a tap and archive or delete them all together; with a single link chosen you can also pin it to the top of the list or edit it.
Map
How do I put a link on the map?
In the link tap “Add place” and search for it, or accept the place Ritrovo found on the page or the one the AI suggests. A link can have several places.
What is the difference between the Map and the map of a collection?
The Map in the bottom menu shows your places, to filter by category; from the lens you can add those of shared collections. The map of a collection (the map icon in the collection) shows only its places, other people’s too, to filter by section.
Can I import my Google My Maps maps?
Yes, from the web version of Ritrovo (ritrovo.tackora.it/app/): Collections → import icon, or Settings → Import from Google My Maps. Choose the maps in Google’s window: each map becomes a collection, each layer a section and each pin a link with its place. Ritrovo sees only the maps you choose and opens them to anyone with the link for a few seconds only. Lines and routes are not imported.
How are trips prepared?
The AI uses only the places you saved near the destination (at least 5) and the real routes: times by car and on foot on roads and trails, altitude, numbered trails, difficulty and car parks from OpenStreetMap. It respects the vehicle you choose, prefers loops, and next to each place the guide says how you really get there. You can choose the kind of trip and export the route as GPX from the map of the collection. It is a suggestion: always check routes and conditions, and for technical trips rely on certified professionals. You can prepare a number of trips per month: under the button you see how many are left.
What does “In this area” do?
It lists everything you saved in the area shown on the map, with the distance: move the map to where you are going and tap the button.
Does Ritrovo use my location?
Only when you tap “Near me” or “My position”, never in the background.
Shared collections
How do I share a collection?
Open the collection and tap Share: you can send an invite link or invite a person by email or from your contacts, and choose whether they can only view or also add. An invite link lasts 14 days and can be revoked.
What do the people I invite see?
The items of the collection, your name and your profile picture. Never your notes.
What is the difference between “Can view” and “Can add”?
Whoever can view looks at the collection and its sections. Whoever can add also puts their own links in it and arranges the sections. The owner, on top of that, invites and removes people and items.
Can I put someone else’s link in my collections?
Not directly: open the link and tap “Save to mine” to get your own copy, then add it to any collection you like.
What happens if I delete a shared collection?
If other people are in it, the collection goes to one of them, who becomes the owner; otherwise it is deleted. If you are not the owner you can leave with “Leave collection”.
When do I get a notification?
When someone invites you to a collection or adds an item to a shared collection, when a trip you asked for is ready and the day before an event you asked to be reminded of. You choose the ones about collections in Settings → Notifications.
AI
What does “Analyze with AI” do?
It reads the title, description, notes and the text of the page of the link and suggests category, places and tags; it recognizes recipes, hikes, events, venues and products, and for other topics it makes a card with the key points and “In practice”. You decide what to keep, and you can delete what it found with the trash.
How much does the AI cost?
Nothing: during the launch period Ritrovo is free, AI included. For fair use there is a daily limit of AI requests and a number of trips per month: if you reach them, the app tells you. We may introduce paid plans in the future: we will announce them in advance, and early users will get dedicated terms.
Does the AI recognise films and series?
Yes: when the post is about a film or a series, the card gives title, year, director, actors and where to watch it, if the text has them.
Does the AI start by itself?
Only if you choose so in Settings → “Use AI automatically for new shares”. Otherwise it starts when you tap “Analyze”.
How do I translate a link in another language?
“Translate into … with AI” appears under the title: the AI translates it into the language of the app and, for recipes, can convert the units of measure. The translation stays on this device only and the original does not change: “Show original” goes back to the starting text.
Why do I see Amazon searches?
If the AI recognizes things to buy in the link, it offers them as an Amazon search. As an Amazon Associate, Ritrovo earns from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you.
Account and data
How do I sign in?
With the Tackora account (the same as Trama): with Google or with email and password. If you sign in another way with the same email, Ritrovo offers to join the sign-ins in the same account.
Is there Ritrovo for iPhone or for the computer?
The app is for Android. From an iPhone, iPad or computer you can use the web version at ritrovo.tackora.it/app/, with the same account; from its Settings you can add to the browser bookmarks a button that saves the page you are looking at in Ritrovo.
What is Ritrovo like on a large screen?
In the web version, on wide screens the list and the open item sit side by side and the places on the map open in a panel next to it.
Ritrovo on several phones?
Yes: what you save belongs to your account and you find it on every phone you sign in on.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Export my data: a file with your items, collections and categories.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account or data: the account.tackora.it page opens, where you choose to delete only your Ritrovo data or the whole Tackora account. The deletion becomes permanent after 25 days and until then you can cancel it; if you want to keep a copy, export your data first.
