Questi termini regolano l'uso dell'app Ritrovo e del sito ritrovo.tackora.it, offerti da Simone Marchica, che opera con il nome Tackora. Usando Ritrovo li accetti. Il trattamento dei dati personali è descritto nell'informativa sulla privacy.
Il servizio
Ritrovo ti permette di salvare link, note e luoghi, organizzarli in categorie e raccolte, vederli sulla mappa e condividere raccolte con altre persone. Il servizio è gratuito. Possiamo migliorarlo, cambiarlo o aggiungere funzioni; se una modifica importante ti riguarda te lo diciamo nell'app.
Account
- Per usare Ritrovo accedi con un account Google oppure con un account Tackora con email e password, e devi avere almeno 14 anni.
- Sei responsabile di quello che succede con il tuo account: proteggi l'accesso al tuo telefono e al servizio con cui entri.
- Puoi eliminare in qualsiasi momento i dati di Ritrovo oppure l'intero account Tackora, con tutte le modalità di accesso, da Impostazioni → Elimina account o dati oppure dalla pagina account.tackora.it/elimina. Se elimini l'intero account, le sessioni si chiudono subito e l'account non è più utilizzabile. L'eliminazione diventa definitiva 25 giorni dopo la richiesta e nel frattempo puoi annullarla (link nell'email di conferma o dalla stessa pagina); ti scriviamo un'email alla richiesta e una a eliminazione conclusa. Le copie di sicurezza seguono quanto scritto nell'informativa sulla privacy.
I tuoi contenuti
- Quello che salvi resta tuo. Ci autorizzi a conservarlo e a elaborarlo (per esempio per leggere l'anteprima di un link o cercare un indirizzo) solo per fornirti il servizio.
- Ritrovo salva il riferimento ai contenuti di altri (link, titolo, anteprima), che restano dei rispettivi autori. Sei responsabile di usarli nel rispetto dei loro diritti e delle regole delle piattaforme da cui provengono.
- Puoi esportare i tuoi dati in qualsiasi momento da Impostazioni → Esporta i miei dati.
Raccolte condivise
- Le persone che inviti vedono gli elementi della raccolta, il tuo nome e la tua foto del profilo; mai le tue note.
- Il proprietario decide chi può vedere e chi può aggiungere, e può togliere persone ed elementi.
- Se il proprietario elimina una raccolta in cui ci sono altre persone, la raccolta passa a una di loro, che ne diventa proprietaria; se non c'è nessun altro, la raccolta viene eliminata.
- Condividi solo con persone di cui ti fidi: chi ha un link di invito valido può entrare finché il link non scade o non viene revocato.
Uso corretto
Non usare Ritrovo per contenuti illegali, per molestare altre persone, per raccogliere dati di altri in massa o per sovraccaricare o aggirare il servizio. Se succede possiamo sospendere o chiudere l'account, dopo averti avvisato quando è possibile.
Disponibilità e responsabilità
Facciamo il possibile perché Ritrovo funzioni sempre e i tuoi dati siano al sicuro, ma il servizio è offerto «così com'è»: possono esserci interruzioni, errori o funzioni non disponibili, per esempio quando un sito o una piattaforma non permette di leggere un'anteprima. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo di danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso del servizio. Restano salvi i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori.
Le gite, le schede e le altre proposte preparate dall'intelligenza artificiale sono indicative: nascono dai tuoi link, possono contenere errori e non conoscono condizioni, meteo, chiusure o il tuo livello di preparazione. Non sostituiscono il parere di professionisti: per alpinismo, ghiacciai, vie ferrate, arrampicata ed escursioni impegnative verifica sempre itinerario e condizioni con personale certificato (per esempio una guida alpina). Le attività che decidi di svolgere sono sotto la tua responsabilità.
Legge applicabile
Si applica la legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore resta competente il giudice del luogo in cui risiedi.

Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the Ritrovo app and of the site ritrovo.tackora.it, offered by Simone Marchica, operating under the name Tackora. By using Ritrovo you accept them. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
The service
Ritrovo lets you save links, notes and places, organize them in categories and collections, see them on the map and share collections with other people. The service is free. We may improve it, change it or add features; if an important change affects you we tell you in the app.
Account
- To use Ritrovo you sign in with a Google account or with a Tackora account with email and password, and you must be at least 14.
- You are responsible for what happens with your account: protect access to your phone and to the service you sign in with.
- You can delete your Ritrovo data or the whole Tackora account, with all its sign-in methods, at any time in Settings → Delete account or data or on the page account.tackora.it/elimina. If you delete the whole account, your sessions are closed at once and the account can no longer be used. The deletion becomes final 25 days after the request and until then you can cancel it (link in the confirmation email or on the same page); we send you an email when you ask and another one when the deletion is complete. Backups follow what the privacy policy says.
Your content
- What you save stays yours. You allow us to store and process it (for example to read the preview of a link or look up an address) only to provide the service to you.
- Ritrovo saves a reference to other people's content (link, title, preview), which stays with its authors. You are responsible for using it with respect for their rights and the rules of the platforms it comes from.
- You can export your data at any time in Settings → Export my data.
Shared collections
- The people you invite see the items of the collection, your name and your profile picture; never your notes.
- The owner decides who can view and who can add, and can remove people and items.
- If the owner deletes a collection with other people in it, the collection goes to one of them, who becomes the owner; if nobody else is in it, the collection is deleted.
- Share only with people you trust: anyone with a valid invite link can join until the link expires or is revoked.
Fair use
Do not use Ritrovo for illegal content, to harass other people, to collect other people's data in bulk or to overload or circumvent the service. If that happens we may suspend or close the account, after warning you when possible.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep Ritrovo working and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”: there may be interruptions, errors or features that are not available, for example when a site or platform does not allow a preview to be read. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. The rights the law grants to consumers are not affected.
Trips, cards and the other suggestions prepared by the artificial intelligence are only indicative: they come from your links, may contain mistakes and do not know conditions, weather, closures or your level of fitness and skill. They do not replace the advice of professionals: for mountaineering, glaciers, via ferrata, climbing and demanding hikes always check the route and conditions with certified professionals (for example a mountain guide). The activities you choose to do are at your own risk.
Governing law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live remain competent.
